做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
