做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米(mǐ )。用清水(shuǐ )把陈(chén )皮(pí )泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦(cā )一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他(tā )材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火(huǒ )煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。 -
