做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
