做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
