做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
