做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮(huái )山(shān )和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在(zài )锅(guō )上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的(de )清水(shuǐ ),放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火(huǒ )煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
