做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
