做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水(shuǐ ),放(fàng )入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材(cái )料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐(yán )调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
