做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
