做(zuò )法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
