做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
