做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
