做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏(yì )米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两(liǎng )勺油,待油(yóu )六成(chéng )热下鱼(yú ),煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐(yán )调味(wèi )即可(kě )品尝。 -
