做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
