做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
