做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
