做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
