做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦(cā )一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武(wǔ )火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。 -
