做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
