做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
