做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
