做法(fǎ ):春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
