做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用(yòng )清水把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅(guō )上擦(cā )一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油(yóu )六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个(gè )半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
