做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
