做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
