做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
