做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
