做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅(guō )上(shàng )擦一(yī )遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放入(rù )煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材料(liào ),武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
