做(zuò )法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
