做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和(hé )薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用姜块(kuài )在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其(qí )他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个(gè )半小时,下盐调味即(jí )可品尝。 -
