做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
