做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上(shàng )擦一(yī )遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油(yóu )六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼(yú )和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个(gè )半小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
