做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
