做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
