做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。
