做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
