做法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
