做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
