做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
