做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
