做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜(jiāng )块在(zài )锅(guō )上(shàng )擦(cā )一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼(yú )和其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
