做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材料,武(wǔ )火(huǒ )煮沸,转中(zhōng )小(xiǎo )火煲一个半(bàn )小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
