做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
