做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
