做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
