做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
