做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块(kuài )在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微(wēi )黄(huáng )。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
