做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
