做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
