做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
